Expense Claims

Please use the following form to submit any expenses. This can be used for reclaiming course fees, referee fees, and expenses you might have incurred in your role as a team manager or coach.

Request Playing Equipment

The form to request new football equipment is at the link below. Items requested via this form are paid for by the club. Once you submit the form, it will be sent to the kit manager who will arrange to place the order with our suppliers.. 

St Francis Equipment Order Form  

Note - all equipment has a minimum life expectancy which has been set by the club. Please do not request a whole new set of equipment every year and please only order what you need during a season.! 
 

Order Team Club Clothing (Home & Away Kits)

Following a change in Club Shop provider, we have decided to centralise how orders are placed.

Please use this form to order any team clothing (Home & Away kits and training wear) that is needed for your team.  This form is primarily aimed at Managers & Coaches who are placing an order for clothing that is being paid for by a sponsor, or is being self-funded by the team.

As a reminder for all Managers & Coaches, St Francis FC kits and training wear are provided by Nike and we use a ‘continuing range'.  Periodically we may introduce interim clothing for training wear, but the club does not support the ordering or purchasing of clothing that is not from the approved ranges.  If a Sponsor wishes to provide the kits instead of funds, or teams that wish to purchase kit that is not part of the approved clothing range should contact the Club Secretary or Chairman for guidance before doing so.

Managers & Coaches Club Clothing

Managers & Coaches can use the following form to order new club-branded coach's clothing.  The club expects clothing to have a life expectancy of at least 2 years.  If club funds allow, a contribution towards the costs will be made every 2 years - please refer to the form for details about how to claim this.

This form cannot be used for any orders that require personalisation or sponsorship adding - please use the club shop directly for placing orders that require this.  All clothing will have the St Francis FC badge applied.
